Our Facilities
ATP was founded in Atlanta, Ga in 1975. Since that time, we’ve grown to encompass several locations throughout the U.S. Our warehouse footprint and logistics network is important to us as we work to provide the best possible packaging and equipment services. We continue to increase our footprint, service new customers, and expand our supply network to meet the needs of our customers.
Founded in 1975
Atlantic Tape & Distributing began it’s mission to support Companies in managing their Customer’s Packaging & Facility requirements in Fayetteville, Georgia
2000
Richard soon realized the potential the company had to become a major supplier of industrial tapes and packaging products.
2008
In 2008, Atlantic Tape outgrew its home in Fayetteville, relocated to Peachtree City, Georgia and became Atlantic Tape and Packaging.
2012
In November 2012, Mike and Lynsey Benton joined Richard as partners.
2015
ATP expands IT capabilities and continues to reinvest in it’s infrastructure moving into new territories TX, OK, IL, PA, OR
2020
ATP acquires Southeast Mailing Equipment SME in addition to Advanced Box & Packaging
2021
• ATP expands it’s presence in Texas by adding the McCoy Paper company to it’s family.
• Atlantic Tape is named to the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Companies in America in 2021.
• Atlantic Tape becomes an Official Woman Owned Enterprise
2022
ATP Grows to 37 Sales Reps nationwide and continues to expand into new markets meeting Customer needs while anticipating further growth for the next several years.

• APP Janitorial/PPE Program Launch
• ATP Tampa Bay FL opening 2022
ATP acquires OAM Equipment Solutions (OAM), a leading source for a full range of equipment, supplies and services used in mailing, printing, and packaging environments based in Cleveland, OH.
2023
We add a critical category to our offering. Better Label & Products Inc. joins our ATP family, providing machinery and product support.
2025
In 2025, Atlantic Tape and Packaging successfully finalized its acquisition of Amerisource.
